A too successful campaign
The Ad Director and the
HR Director wanted to create Help Wanted ads that would attract more
attention in the classified section.
We ran a series of small
color ads for single job descriptions and they were very well received.
We then ran our standard
"all available jobs" ad but instead of using the standard
shell we used this more attractive shell.
After two weeks
the publisher pulled the ad. People that weren't looking for work noticed
it too. It gave the impression that we had too many openings. We were
attracting too much attention.
